It is being sold because the owners are already quite old and want to retire to a smaller house.

The villa has two floors. The main floor has two bedrooms, each with extra large double beds, one of them en suite and another toilet and washbasin next to the living room. Internal and external stairs lead to the 5 apartments on the first floor. The house is fully furnished and has everything you could wish for. The kitchen in the main house on the upper floor is large and fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge and microwave etc. The living and dining room is open plan with fantastic sea views. Here you will also find a full sound system and satellite TV, CD and DVD players as well as wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi).

The laundry room with washer and dryer is exclusive to all guests. The downstairs apartments lead directly to the pool terrace, they are all equipped to a high standard with a minimum of sink and toilet.

All tiled and marble bathrooms have a shower unit, sink and toilet along with mirror. Upstairs, the master bathroom is equipped with a full size bathtub. Surrounding the villa are a total of ten separate showers and eight toilets. Directly in front of the house complex is a large sunlit swimming pool and a spacious terrace with many sun loungers leading to a private paved garden with palm trees and a tropical area with fountains and waterfalls that fall into a natural lake. Everything is illuminated at night for romantic strolls and quiet breaks, in total, about 2600m² of fruit trees and shrubs. It has a huge protected green area bordering the land (no building is allowed there).

Around the pool there is another independent barbecue located in a typical Spanish patio and 3 terraces, patio, solarium and sauna.

On one side of the house there is a bar and a covered kitchen with seating for 25 people, equipped with TV, music system, cooking facilities, lighting and fridges and freezers, etc. There are also three gas and electric heaters for the colder nights.

The property is handicapped accessible and easily accessible for people with disabilities. There are no steps to enter the apartments and accessible showers are right next to the pool.
